Picking Up Your Order

Your order will be available for pickup after 2 hours from purchase. You must present your user ID and the order number or the invoice for pickup.  

Picking up the order through someone else

That person must present his or her ID along with the order number or the invoice to pick up your order.  Also, he or she must sign a form that authorizes the pickup on your behalf.

Exchange or store credit request through someone else

That person must present his or her ID along with the order number or the invoice for all exchanges and store credit requests. Also, he or she must sign a form that authorizes this transaction on your behalf. All exchange or store credit requests will be approved only if the products is in the original condition and if the requests were made within 14 days from purchase.

Balance from exchange request made through someone else

If the remaining balance is refunded through a credit card, you must be present along with your ID. If it is refunded to your debit card or cash, someone else can be present.
